OWNERSHIP PROFILE Pasquale, like most American immigrants, had dreamed of building a life in America long before arriving here. In 1980, he met Anna, who not only shared his passion for good food, but also shared his dreams of moving to America. Married in 1983, Pasquale and Anna soon left Naples for Los Angeles and began working at various Italian 'hot spots.' Disappointed at the lack of authentic Italian cuisine in the city, they decided that authenticity would be their foundation once they were able to open a restaurant of their own. |
